Below is what the present day Woodworth weightroom looks like. The Universal machine purchased in the 1970’s is in the photos below (but is very non-functional). The Cardinal Athletic Alumni Association, Inc is accepting athletic alumni donations to help update the middle school weightrooms with appropriate equipment.
We are looking to purchase kettlebells – dumbbells – TRX apparatus – flex bands – pull-up bars – video player / projector & large wall screen – battling ropes – plyo boxes, etc.
