Schramm notched his goal 3:44 into OT on assists from Carter Flegner and Baron Buchholz.
Colin Holz added two goals for Waupun, while Cam Beek had the other goal. Beek and Flegner both had two assists, while Holz and Griffin Levey also had assists.
