Coach Duane Woeshnick’s thoughts

“Miranda does everything I can ask for in a captain. She’s a great leader on and off the ice. This is my fourth season and she’s been with me ever since she was a freshman. I can’t speak highly enough about her.”

Miranda’s thoughts

“I try to be a team player, I think I am. I’m a captain, so I hope I am. I like to pass the puck and work as a team. … I’m fast and in our offensive zone, I can tie up the other center.”
