Coach Brandon Petersen’s thoughts

“Her decision-making both on and off the ball (is an asset) playing that attacking midfielder, playmaking role. She kind of sets everything up. The entire offense goes to her and then she makes those plays off that. She has tenacity. If she loses the ball, she’ll be the first one trying to win it back. … That desire to be on the ball. It’s kind of rare for players to know when to keep the ball and when to dish it off. She gets up into the attacking third (of the field) and instead of looking to score every single time, she also looks to set other people up.”

Zoe’s thoughts

“I like to control the midfield and assist as much as possible. Pass it off to my teammates. I like to take it up by myself and dish it out rather than taking it all the way. I like being a playmaker.”
