APPLETON – Austin Wagner picked up the win and added two RBIs as the Fond du Lac baseball team earned a 6-5 win over Appleton North in Fox Valley Association play on Tuesday.
Wagner allowed six hits in five innings with five strikeouts. Jack Cole pitched the final two innings to earn the save.
Cole added two hits, while Sam Hernandez was 2-for-4 and Peyton Head drove in a pair of runs. Reggie Hernandez had an RBI as well for the Cardinals.
